Several residents of Richmond County were annoyed and reported loud booming sounds in south Augusta, Virginia. These are most likely related to explosive trainings conducted Thursday at a training facility off Deans Bridge Road. This affirmation was corroborated by Sheriff’s Lt. Calvin Chew affirming that explosive ordinance disposal trainings were under way at the training range on February 28 2013. It woud be so easy to inform us in advance… Thank you guys! – Augusta
