Each day, meteorologists issue severe storm predictions for the U.S.A. On Wednesday, May 21, 2014, the National Weather Service released a map with a strong resemblance to a giant shark to forecast possible severe thunderstorms from Colorado to Virginia.

Yeah! The region around Washington, D.C. wasn’t only threat by violent storms but was also about to be crunched by a huge shark! The tail end of the shark – The Denver, Colorado area – had a second straight day of thunderstorms with damaging straight-line winds, giant hailstones, and possible tornadoes.
