Mysterious sinkhole aren’t just appearing in Russia. A huge pit has opened up behind a habitation in Darwin River, Australia. And it is still growing up.
According to the video uploader, it formed within two days, swallowing big trees as the Bayou Corne Sinkhole already did.
Within the last two days a large piece of land and some trees have been swallowed by a huge sinkhole behind a habitation in Darwin River NT, Australia. A few meters around the deep sinkhole, a big crack in the dry ground is also visible probably meaning that the sinkhole is about to grow more.
The source of the water in the hole is unknown, but it may be underground water that has infiltrated the soil and triggered the massive sinkhole in the ground. What do you think?
