A strange space debris will fall on Earth on November 13, 2015.

Officially known as WT1190F, this mysterious space junk fragment of unknown origin represents one of the few space objects whose impact is accurately predicted.

And WT1190F should hit the Earth at 6:20 GMT on 13th November some 65 kilometers south of Sri Lanka.

The mysterious space debris measures 1 or 2 meters in diameter and, apparently, has a hollow structure and is of artificial origin. The space junk travels on an elliptical orbit located twice as far as that between the Earth and the Moon,

A missing piece of space history has returned to haunt us. This space event will assess the efficiency of the mechanisms available for astronomers to record movements of potentially hazardous objects orbiting around Earth.
