Omnious sky and strange clouds engulf St-Louis, Missouri

On April 30, 2016, omnious sky clouds suddenly appeared over St-Louis, Missouri.

And I really don’t know how to call them… Do you?

There are some mammatus clouds and some weird wavy clouds (Asperatus undulatus?). But the texture of these cloud formations is kind of weird… Like filaments…

And then I remember that the area was used to test radioactive chemicals on US citizens.
