Bright greenish-blue meteor explodes in the sky of Puerto Rico (video)

A greenish-blue meteor lit up the sky of Puerto Rico on July 26, 2016.

This bright Alpha Capricornids fireball exploded at around 9:10 pm stunning skywatchers across the Island.

The Alpha Capricornid meteor shower isn’t well known but may produce really bright meteors.

But in a few hundred years (2220–2420 A.D.), this meteor shower may become one of the most intense ever known producing extreme meteor storms.
