These apocalyptical sounds were heard again in Slovakia on October 15, 2016.

Sounds pretty industrial, possibly gas related. Gas flaring or just plain degassing of a nearby pipeline may sound like this. The noise may travel with the wind which may carry it to residential areas.
Well, this one can be fake… I saw few youtube clips with identical sounds from different times. There are many people that are just recording sky and adding sounds from others. There were many clips with copied sounds from Kiev 2011.
But of course I don`t doubt those strange sounds at all, there are many very interesting!
