Could this be human induced hailstorm?
A powerful hailstorm hit the city of Sanandaj, Iran on May 3, 2017, damaging vehicles, disrupting traffic and causing flash floods.
Look at that, streets and cars are covered in ice.
Although spring hailstorms are common in this region, they have never been so intense in recent years.
Several other cities and villages across the Kordestan Province were also badly hit by extreme weather event with hailstorms and flash floodings reported.
No reports of casualties or injuries.
