Recently a small tremor start hitting the heart of downtown in big city like Seattle a couple days ago. Today, M1.6 tremor with 12.1km hit the heart of San Diego, California. If you see the epicenter on Google Map, you can see some suspicious vacant land just beside the epicenter in the middle of busy San Diego Harbor.
