My observation from where I am at. I have a General Delivery at the post office. About everytime I go check mail there is different people getting the old passport to either fly to Brazil or fly domestically. To one of them I pointed out that it will be the new vaccine passport that will be implemented for interstate travel, as well as intrastate, like what was done in the Vancouver metro area in BC Canada.
Checkpoints on the roadway, especially roundabouts. You will not be able to travel without the mark.

Perhaps the finger pointing to zero is a clue in binary as it is fundamental to computer (universal) language; 1’s and 0’s.
