Loud booms that heard an felt in Woodbury Minnesota have been attributed to blown underground energy transformers along Parkwood Drive near Valley Creek Road at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 7 2013. Booms were very loud and were accompanied by a bright flash of white light. There was no fire. Police checked the area and didn’t find any obvious problems but residents did report power outages in the area.
