A huge, 14-feet-deep sinkhole, opened up in downtown Detroit on Sunday 19 2014 at around 1a.m.
The cause is a water main break. The relatively small sinkhole (was the size of a manhole at the beginning) measures now a gigantic 10 x 10 feet (crew cut it to repair the main). Learn more here.
