These two time-lapse videos of a thunder and lightning storm passing over Nebraska show how fascinating this wavy type of cloud can be when viewed from below.

When I looked at these videos, I first believed I was deep within a raging sea, maybe that hitting Japan coast due to extreme typhoon Neoguri.

I could watch these hypnotizing and wavy undulatus asperatus for hours. They are so trippy!

What about using these apocalyptic wavy clouds in science fiction films just before aliens, monsters or bacteria invade our destroyed planet Earth?
