Is there a major gas leak in Pennsylvania?
A strong odor of gas throughout parts of Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Bucks counties has prompted hundreds of calls to PECO.
PECO officials are still trying to determine the mysterious source of the odor.
Officials have received over 900 calls but have so far found no problems in their system. The odor was first noticed Saturday afternoon in Delaware County (Haverford Township, Marple Township, Radnor and Upper Darby). Then it spread over to Chester and Montgomery counties (Paoli, Lower Merion, Plymouth-Whitemarsh, Jenkintown and Abington), before reaching Warminster in Lower Bucks County.
But the source of this weird gas odor is still a mystery. As of now, PECO has not found any issues in its system.
Where do you think this mysterious gas smell is coming from?
