Owing to dense fog, high humidity, rain and low temperature, a centimeter thick layer of ice has formed on trees, traffic signs, and fences in the area between Moenichkirchen and Schaueregg.
Many trees aren’t strong enough to stand the enormous load and break down, blocking streets, falling on roofs and cars.
