What is this mysterious gunk coating cars and homes in Harrison Township, Michigan?
Well it still remains unexplained.
What is this dark, oily substance?
This weird substance appeared on cars and homes in Harrison Township, Michigan on February 15, 2016.
The fire department stated that the ash type of substance with a little bit on an oily consistency to it was not a fire hazard.
But it appears to have fallen straight down as the viscous liquid was only found on the roofs of cars and homes, and not across the sides.
The Selfridge Air National Guard Base is just a few miles away. Did this substance drop from an airplane? Residents are still waiting on an answer from the base.
Is this substance harmful or not? What is it? Everybody is concerned in Harrison Township. But in any cases this is the first time the mysterious substance fell from the sky.
