A major sinkhole created a giant crater in seconds in the ground of Nurimanovsky District, Russia.
Officials attribute this 50 meters long and 7 meters deep cavity to heavy rains and spring floods and cavern collapse.
This crater with a diameter of almost 50 m formed suddenly, within a few seconds. And suddenly the ground had just sunk by nearly 7 meters. Frightening!
Experts believe that the ground collapse occurred due to caverns and heavy rains and spring floods.
Fortunately, there were no casualties.
The giant hole formed Friday evening, but experts arrived at the scene on Monday. The site was photographed and the first steps have been taken.
For locals, such a geological event is unprecedent. Nothing similar has happened in the last 50 years.
