A mystery gas injured nine people in the pool area at the Sea Crest Resort in coastal Myrtle Beach on August 14th.
The gas was like a ‘cloud’ that formed in an outdoor pool deck area and drifted down to the neighboring hotel.
Hazmat technicians packed up to clear the scene less than two hours later, after not being able to determine where it started, where it happened and where it was.
The chemical that caused the poisonous cloud remains a mystery.
At this time, it seems like whatever the mysterious gas cloud was has cleared up.
