Rain-triggered floods wash away parts of highway in Tibet, China. Traffic is now disrupted and expected to be resumed in a week. Luckily, no casualties have been reported.

The rainfall also battered 60 villages in 16 townships in Markam County in southwest China’s Tibet Autonomous Region, affecting around 50,000 residents, causing blackout in 10 townships.

Huge overflow of Tinau river at Butwal founders the Suspension bridge located at Devianagar, Butwal, Nepal early morning. The bridge was one of the longest among the suspension bridges in the country. It was destroyed in seconds due to the continous erosion of land due to the overwhelming of river more than the five times as usual.
