Songbirds are dying for a couple of weeks now in Kuna, North Dakota.
And nobody knows why!
[quote_box_center]The birds found dead show no signs of physical injury and were not sickened by plague. Rather, it appears to be a specific type of pathogen that has yet to be determined.[/quote_box_center]
The following video was captured by Kuna resident Susan Carlson on June 27, 2015. And what she saw is kind of puzzling:
She writes in the video description:
[quote_box_center]Driving along So. Cole Road in SW Idaho, I came up on two large birds feeding on road kill. Driving further up the same roadway, I was shocked to see several more dead birds in the street, on the side of the road and some out in the fields. was driving on South Cole Road on June 27 when she came upon dozens of birds in the road near the intersection of Barker Road.[/quote_box_center]
I would have been more than disturbed by this macabre situation. Some birds were alive, but were struggling to fly. Have you ever seen something like this?
