Something worst happened in the same region on February 22 2013: Two workers were squeezed by a four meter wave during maintenance work in Comacchio (Ferrara).
The bodies of Fabrizio Veronese, 53 years of Rovigo, and Guglielmo Bellan, 56 years of Loreo were found after several hours in a tunnel fifty feet deeper. Here is the video of this tragic moment. (released by Il Resto del Carlino).
