A woman said she heard something crash onto her property on the Saginaw and Gratiot County line around 8:45 this morning.
When Nancy Welke went outside, she found a device that appeared to be from outer space, still making some weird noise. And you could read “Samsung Space Selfie” on it.

This story truly is OUT OF THIS WORLD! A Mid-Michigan family startled when debris fell from OUTER SPACE onto their property.
Now, Gratiot County 911 confirms they are investigating.
Officially a pseudo satellite, the device orbited in the stratosphere, below the 62-mile mark that is considered the beginning of outer space.
Samsung launched the satellite – designed to allow users of its latest Galaxy S10 to take selfies from space – this past summer.

Earlier this week, the tech giant Samsung unveiled the world’s first selfie sent to space. Now the project has abruptly ended.
