Treating animals like machines with no concern for their welfare, no space for them to move, hoovering them up like they can’t actually feel pain, fear or discomfort is reprehensible. It’s torture!
I fail to see how any intelligent human being cannot emphasise or feel horror when they see a living thing being treated in the same way as an inanimate object.
