According to Reuters: Turkish TV reports large number of people injured in explosion in Ankara. Police official says the blast was caused by a vehicle exploding.

According to RT: A large explosion rocked the Turkish capital of Ankara, Wednesday evening, with reports indicating a military dormitory had been targeted in the bombing. Reports suggest at least five people were killed in the blast, with several others injured.

Media reports say a large explosion, believed to have been caused by a bomb, has injured several people in the Turkish capital. Dogan news agency says Wednesday’s explosion occurred near military lodgings. The explosion caused a large fire and dark smoke could be seen billowing from a distance. Police told The Associated Press it is investigating the cause of the explosion.
