Good research. Former president Bush lives in TX. Maybe govt is making an underground bunker for him and other elite. Matters of national security will never be revealed to the public; such as HAARP. I’m guessing HAARP is used to create the new landscape that the polar shift will effect. I’m guessing technology such as cell phone towers and signals bouncing around us effect the fragile balance of our earth. Science has no way to detect and measure all the effects of it.
