With EarthEX2017 on August 23, 2017, the federal government wants to prepare for mass power outages across the USA.
Their number is increasing across the U.S., and now the federal government preps for “widespread power outages” as a result of a “black sky” event that could “bring society to its knees”.
The exercise will take place August 23rd.
