This is going insane!
China, which already artificially alters its weather over major cities, plans to be able to modify weather over half its territory by 2025, to the alarm of neighbours including India. And two Middle East rivals – the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia – are scaling up rain-making operations.
Especially in the US, Canada and Europe, they don’t want you to know they are messing up with our weather! I hope you are safe where you are!
