This dissection of a tropical Nepenthes Pitcher Plant is kind of unexpected. You would expect seeing lots of small bugs and animals… But not some huge WASPS!

This makes me think that 2013 (the video was posted in September 2013) was a really waspy year (at least in GB)! But according to a comment on the Youtube video, the stomach of such a carnivorous plant should normally be full of any bugs… Wasps are more attracted because of the aroma and pollen the flower contains.
