Strange architecture: Did China construct a stargate – The ring of life ?

If you once walk around Fushun, a city in the Northeast China’s Liaoning Province, you cannot miss an enormous, 157 meter high, 3,000 tons heavy iron ring called the “Ring of Life”. It is illuminated by 12,000 LED lights and looks definitely like a kind of time machine for large, very tall people, for giants!
