Loud booms are likely for the next several days as crews begin blasting in the Euchee Creek area of Columbia County.
Blair Construction will be blasting as part of a water utility project. Blasts are expected from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday but are likely for several days because of the amount of rock the crew has encountered.
