Indeed, Justin Mahoney, wildlife specialist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s APHIS Wildlife Services, will set off pyrotechnics each evening (between 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m) from Wednesday, April 3 2013 to Friday, April 5 2013. This event is part of the City of Owensboro’s blackbird control program.
