It’s the second ‘large’ earthquake within a week in California.
As reported by the USGS, a 4.4-magnitude earthquake has struck just to the northwest of downtown Los Angeles at around 6:30 PST. The quake’s epicenter was located six miles to the northwest of Westwood, Calif. at a depth of 5.3 miles. The Associated Press reports that the earthquake was felt strongly across the Los Angeles area. There are no reports of damage at this time.
