Is this boat found at Ocean Shores, Washington from the 2011 Japan tsunami?

This boat that washed up at Ocean Shores is suspected to come from Japan! Well what are the hints:

It was found on the west coast of the USA.

It may have brought invasive species of marine life and unknown species from ‘abroad’. Material is being analysed right now!

There is some sort of Asian-language writing on the boat.

This would not be the first time: Another similar boat was found last week and even before the tsunami, boats of this type washed ashore in Washington. So would it mean that it is not from Japan?

At least, radioactivity seems to have reached the US coast… So why not a boat?
