You will probably ask yourself but why is Strange Sounds talking about a common diptera as if it was so amazing. The poor insect probably had a big meal and just could not escape anymore! Well look at the video below… It is grose, something disturbing, disgusting, unexpected and awkward.

So, the DJ, seeing that a strange thing was happening in front of his eyes took his camera and filmed this with a macro lens:

Well the dead fly gives birth! Yes amazing! The disgusting insect is ovoviviparous, meaning that larvae develop within eggs that remain within the mother’s body up until they hatch or are about to. And its pregnancy was probably also the reason why she did not escape fast enough!
