Ebola-infected doctor has arrived in Geneva! My parents, brother and some friends are living there… Reason I report it!
The 43-year-old Cuban doctor contracted Ebola while fighting the virus in Sierra Leone. He landed tonight at Geneva and will be treated at the Geneva University Hospital.
This is the first ebola patient being treated in Switzerland. The plane landed just before midnight today, November 21, 2014. He was then brought to the hospital under police escort.
The ebola infected patient arrived at around 0:30 am at the hospital. His room is isolated from all other hospital instances.
The patient’s condition hasn’t deteriorated yet and remained stable during the flight. He was even able to leave the plane by himself, but in a protective suit.

Switzerland had agreed to treat aid workers who contaminated themselves while working in the infected countries in West Africa.
