Residents of Madhya Pradesh fear a near volcanic eruption as they experience shakings accompanied by terrifying sounds.
Also cracks form in their brick houses. Mud buildings collapse and water is gushing out of their handpumps with great force… As if pressure was increasing underground.
What’s kind of creepy is that those weird seismic and volcanic phenomena have started mid-september and had never been experienced before.
The village of Basner Kalan in Betul district (200 km from Bhopal) is indeed located over one of the Earth’s largest volcanic formations called Deccan Traps which consists of solidified volcanic rocks, more than 2km (6,562 ft) thick and covering an area of 500,000 km2 (193,051 sq mi).
There is some evidence to link the Deccan Traps eruption to the asteroid impact which created the Chicxulub crater in the Mexican state of Yucatan. This is explained in the following video:
Volcanic soil constantly expands and retracts. In the rainy season, volcanic rocks easily get in contact with large amount of water. This reaction may have activated underground aquifers causing tremors, mystery booms, water to gush out with full force.
Nearly 2500 people live in the village Basner Kalan and these life-threatening events have forced them to live in fear. Sometimes the sound are so loud that they are similar to dynamite blasts.
The village has been put under high alert… Eventhough people won’t move from their homes…
Last June 2015, mysterious fumes and bubbling water suddenly appeared in a swampy forest in northern Ukhrul.
