Hurricane-force winds are currently sweeping across the Krasnoyarsk Territory of Russia, and especially badly hit the cities of Nurilsk and Dudinka above the Arctic Circle.
Real chaos as roofs blown away, trucks fly over and people cannot even walk normally.
And suddenly a roof flew away in Dudinka (Krasnoyarsk Territory):
People walking in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk looked like being drunk:
