On August 24, 2016 a giant human footprint was discovered fossilized in a rock in Pingyan village in China’s southwestern province of Guizhou.
One of the huge footprints discovered is 57 centimeters long, 20 centimeters wide and 3 centimeters deep.
Such large footprints were first discovered in 1912 by a hunter named Stoffel Coetzee near the South African town of Mpuluzi. According to Michael Tellinger who visited Mpuluzi in 2012, the footprint could be 200 million years old and is about 1.2 meters long.
In 1987, during a visit in Mexico, paleontologist Jerry MacDonald discovered another giant footprint which could be 290 million years old.
In recent years more giant footprints have been found in Spain, Sri Lanka, Paraguay, Bangalore, Botswana, Texas USA, Australia, Thailand, Canada, New Mexico, Russia, Alaska, Syria, Belize and Cleveland USA.
“There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became the heroes and famous warriors of ancient times.” Genesis 6:4
