According to Business Gazetta, Rustam Shakhrudinov escaped from a temporary detention center in Derbent, in June 2016.
It later turned out that the inspectors were sleeping at the time of the escape.

But two years later, the fugitive wanted to attend a World Cup Soccer game in Kazan. And to probably spice a bit his evening he also decided to commit two robberies… That went wrong! He never entered the stadium and was put in jail.
