The man is probably desperate for attention and affirmation.
The rat is just like: ‘Wtf is he doing to me again.’
The woman in white in front of him is just totally horrified.
And what about the owl in the window? He’s really mad… The rat was his prey!
According to a Reddit comment, this rat guy can be seen everyday at Columbus circle in New York. So if you want to start your day with something out-of-reality, I would rush there!
