There are three nuclear power plants on territory that Ukraine controls — Rivno, Khmelnitsky and South Ukraine — but Russia is plotting an act of nuclear terrorism on a plant under its control and possession?

Who would benefit?
Zelensky tells CNN “it is very important” that Biden must admit Ukraine into NATO “now”.
After the catastrophic losses in the failed counter-offensive, Ukraine’s only chance is direct military intervention from the US/NATO, ie full-scale WW3.
The NATO summit is scheduled for next week, July 11-12, in Lithuania. NATO members are expected to discuss whether or not to bring Ukraine into NATO, thus declaring war on Russia.
This is some scary stuff:
Zelensky is desperate to drag the US into the conflict because his army failed. Biden is desperate to cover up his direct involvement in Deep State criminality in Ukraine. The Globalists are desperate to hang on to their Deep State headquarters via proxy.

Summary
Russia has ZERO reason to blow up a nuclear power plant UNDER THEIR OWN CONTROL.
But… Ukraine is about to blow up a nuclear power plant to accelerate the conflict into a full-scale NATO regime change declaration of war.

Don’t think he’s parroting putin.Its a realistic concept that Putin at least sees it as his.Since it’s in the bread basket area this would be detrimental for both Putin and Zelensky.
Also the termite brigade operates there.
Famously setting countries and humans against the other.Pulling the strings to make leaders think its their adversaries committing the acts when in reality its them all along.
Russia doesn’t own the ZNPP. It is also on Ukrainian territory which Putin already knows he can’t hold. Russia has already set explosives in the plant and is quite prepared to blow the plant as he did the KHPP dam.
