🌍 When Hurricanes, Giants, and Fireballs Collide
Forty inches of rain, a hurricane the size of a country, and a volcano that won’t calm down — just another normal day on Earth.
Hurricane Melissa has officially gone Category 5 near Jamaica, Taal Volcano is firing ash like a cannon, and somewhere in Moscow, a giant green fireball lit up the sky. Meanwhile, scientists in Colombia just found a lost branch of the human family tree, and Antarctica decided to freeze harder than it has in 44 years.
Oh — and Nike built robotic shoes, a family in India tried to revive a snakebite victim with cow dung, and the Arizona desert is cracking open like a bad prophecy.
In short: Earth’s putting on a show again, and no one’s buying tickets.
