These Strange Sounds from the sky were recorded at around 02:35am in Vitoria – Espírito Santo, Brazil. We can recognize the Strange Earth Humming and low frequency metalic pitches, so a clear and genuine proof that we are talking about our Strange Sounds in the Sky. Do they come from HAARP? I do not know, but HAARP seems to me one of the best explanation for these Weird Noises heard around the planet.
