A vacant building at 15 Carolina Lane in downtown Asheville, North Carolina collapsed Thursday afternoon (2PM), January 24 2013. People felt a rumbling and heard noises. No one was hurt. In the following video you will have a look of the scene and hear one of the witnesses speaking about the rumbling and shaking. Property records say the building was constructed in 1917 and had 5,200 square feet. – Citizen Times
