A loud boom was reported on the 5:00 news in South Jersey. What seems to be a sonic boom rattled and shook houses similar to a small tremor. Do you have any new information about these strange sounds?

No, I did not hear anything.
Out for a walk today late in the afternoon and we heard what we thought was a loud freight train coming down the street. All of us stopped and looked torward the main road and saw nothing. The kids asked me what the strange noise was and I had no answer for them.
