A lunar eclipse is an amazing space phenomenon. When the moon turns blood red during a lunar eclipse it’s getting even more mysterious.
During 2014 and 2015 you will be able to stare at a rare series of four lunar eclipses, also known as a lunar tetrad. The first of these four ‘blood moon’ lunar eclipses is set for April 15 at around 3 a.m.

This uncommon event (four total lunar eclipses in a row in the next two years) will happen only eight times this century. After April 15, 2014, the next blood moons are set to appear on Oct. 8, 2014, April 4, 2015, and Sept. 28, 2015. Book the dates!
Now, how do you call this? Wow? Fantastic? there are probably no words at all to qualify what we will witness! It’s just a fantastic sky phenomenon.
So for April 15, organize a dinner with friends and look at the sky!
