Huge Crocodile Attacks Zoo Employee During Feeding Show in Australia (VIDEO)

Every day at 12:00, it is eating time for Big John, a 3.7 meters (11 feet) long crocodile at Shoalhaven zoo in Australia.

But on July 7, 2014, this event turned to be a nightmare for animal trainer Trent Burton!

During feeding things did not go as usual. Big John, a large crocodile 3.7 meters long, has managed to attack the 31-year-old zoo handler and to catch his left hand in its powerful jaws. To drown its prey, the huge croc then tried to drag him into the water basin. Luckily, Trent Burton was able to escape the beast.

After the croc attack, the show was cancelled and Trent Burton was directly taken to Shoalhaven Hospital to treat his various injuries. It is however unknown what will zoo officials do with the crocodile.
