Gods not only help the Brazilian soccer team… They were also on the side of Edson Maciel who was able to cross a portion of the road ‘SC-155’ just before it was swallowed by a huge sinkhole near Santa Catarina in Brazil.
The dimensions of the crater are phenomenal: It is 30 meters deep and 50 meters long. But according to officials, it could continue growing due to instable soil and weather conditions. It literally cuts route SC-155 between the cities of Xanxerê and Xavantina.
The sinkhole was probably the result of the heavy rains that affected the region within last week.
