Sea foam: This is a nature phenomenon you have to see to believe!
A coastal beach resort town in Uruguay has been buried in sea foam on August 27, 2014, at 11:30 am.
It’s as if it was raining in Uruguay! Sea happens when a storm whips up ocean waves and strong winds then push large amounts of foam onto land.
Do you remember? A similar phenomenon occurred in England last month!
The flying sea foam makes it difficult for drivers and people to get around.
This phenomenon occurs when sea water is full of organic matter, salts and dead algae that are churned up by ocean waves.
