The National Weather Service issued a storm advisory warning of up to an inch of rain and 60-mph winds in parts of the Antelope Valley through 6:45 p.m on October 15, 2015.
Mudslides brought a stretch of the Golden State (5) Freeway to a halt trapping vehicules in mud from flash flooding in Castaic, California. Crews are now working to free vehicles.
